At The Shops at Mount Vernon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and historical documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our fulfillment center at Mount Vernon.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
